Agile or waterfall?

Methods

Working methodically is an important part of my work. A structured approach helps me to deliver on time, and build solutions that are easy to maintain. Meaning more value for money for you.

When designing data warehouses I often align to Kimball’s methodology, which has become the industry standard. This "business-process-oriented-way" of building data warehouses means shorter development time and a strong focus on the usability of the system.

During the development process, when working in teams, I prefer an agile way-of-working such as Scrum or Kanban.
